We ship every order with the same care we put into the book itself. Here's exactly what to expect.

Shipping

Where we ship We ship worldwide. No country is excluded. If a postal service can reach you, we can deliver to you.

Cost Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden fees added at checkout.

Processing time Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

Europe: 7–12 business days

United Kingdom: 7–10 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These windows are estimates from major carriers. Customs clearance in some countries may add a few extra days.

Tracking Every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. You can follow your book all the way to your door.

Customs & duties For international orders outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or VAT on arrival. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not collect or estimate these fees at checkout.

Damaged or lost packages If your book arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns

We stand behind every copy we ship. If the book isn't what you expected, we'll make it right.

30-day satisfaction guarantee If you're not happy with the book for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll issue a full refund. No interrogation, no fine print.

How to start a return Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief note. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Return shipping For returns due to a defect, damage, or our error, we cover return shipping. For returns based on personal preference, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

Refund timing Once we receive the returned book, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.

Condition of returned books Books must be returned in resellable condition — unmarked, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible. Books that arrive back significantly damaged may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel any order that has not yet shipped. Once the book is on its way, the standard return process applies.
